Policy on Refunds
We do not give cash refunds for items purchased; however, a product may be exchanged for another or reward points may be applied to the purchase price. Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well.
For your return to be processed correctly, we will need a receipt or evidence of your purchase.
The manufacturer or our retail shops will not accept your return.
Returns or exchanges are invalid if:
- We are not responsible for anything in their original state, damaged, or missing parts for causes other than our fault.
- Items returned after 30 days.
- You cannot return/exchange items such as paints, fragrances and similar things.
- in has the right to determine if a product is eligible for a return based on its description and business rules.
Refunds are available in some cases (if applicable)
As soon as your return is received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
Assuming you are accepted, a credit will instantly be credited to your user account within seven working days of the refund being completed.
Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)
Please verify your profile data again if you have not received a refund yet.
It may take a few days before your refund is issued.
Items that are on sale (if applicable)
Sadly, sale products cannot be reimbursed.
Exchanges are available (if applicable)
If an item is faulty or damaged, or if the item was sent in error, we will replace it at no charge.
You may be charged shipping fees if you return your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Wherever you reside will determine how long it will take your exchanged merchandise to reach you and how much it will cost.
Returns will only be considered if they are received by our staff and confirmed. Carmate.in does not promise that we will get your returned item and is not responsible if it is lost in transit.
